ongoing plots. and tonight abc fuss has learned tsarnaev told investigators they learned to build a bomb on the internet. today dzhokhar tsarnaev was officially charged with using and conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction. complaint also contains vivid new deals about the chaotic event of last thursday night when the brothers tsarnaev allegedly car jbingd a man. victim describes one of the brother getting in the car and saying did you hear about the boston explosion? i did that. victim says the brother then removed a magazine from the gun displayed a bullet and said i am serious. later escaped when the brother got out of the car at this gas station in cambridge. less than 24 hours later police found dzhokhar tsarnaev in back yard boat as seen in the extraordinary thermal video shot from police helicopter. that white figure in the back of the boat that is tsarnaev.
